Increase in nautical depth in the port of Delfzijl

Groningen Seaports NV will increase the nautical depth in the port of Delfzijl, after investigations executed by Wiertsema & Partners B.V. (2015) showed that this has limited effect on the manoeuvrability of the vessels.
